All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients.

De mediano pra ruim

Café da manhã muito abaixo da expectativa, banheiro do quarto com azulejos velhos porém a cama do quarto era boa. Para ficar um ou dois dias é um hotel razoável, pra ficar uma semana por exemplo não tem condições.

Fui descansar no hotel e votei mais cansada

No primeiro dia não tinha cobertas no quarto, fui até a recepção e fui informada que do iria chegar no outro dia. O banheiro estava com um cheiro muito desagradável e parecia não ser lavado a anos. A varanda estava extremamente suja. Travesseiros muito altos e duros. O hotel estava em obra e ninguém nos informou, apenas acordei no susto com o barulho dos trabalhadores e suas maquinas. O banheiro é mal iluminado, o chuveiro joga mais água na parede do que na pessoa que for tomar banho. O estacionamento é muito pequeno, se o seu carro for grande melhor deixar em frente ao hotel. A rua do hotel cheia de buracos. Porém o café da manhã delicioso e internet de otima qualidade

Péssima experiência

A começar pelo atendimento morno, os funcionários nem bom dia dão para os hóspedes, parece até que somos um "incômodo" no lugar. Segundo: o conforto - que não tem - se você procura descansar, sinto muito mas vai ser difícil. A cama é extremamente dura, e a acústica do quarto é muito ruim, da pra ouvir tudo do corredor e dos quartos ao lado. E terceiro, não se deixe enganar pelas fotos de café da manhã, porque não é nada daquilo. Bolos velhos, pouca opção de fruta, e o cuscuz estava tão seco que minha esposa se engasgou. Enfim, não recomendo esse hotel, precisam melhorar muito.

Atendimento excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. Quarto confortável e espaçoso. Espaço comum tranquilo. CONTRAS: Banheiro com sinais de mofo na pintura, chuveiro com vazamentos, porta de vidro do banheiro não fechava direito e ficava batendo no portal com risco de quebra. Porta do roupeiro quebrada, roupeiro com sujeira nas prateleiras baixas.

Experiência no Miola Hotel

O hotel é muito bom, a suíte é espaçosa e o café da manhã é excelente. A localização também é ótima. O único problema foi que o banheiro da suíte estava sem porta, o que causou alguns transtornos. O recepcionista que atende no período da noite deixou um pouco a desejar.

Um hotel ok!

O espaço do quarto é bom, a localização e o cafe da manha tbm, a tv funciona esporadicamente, o ar condicionado é um pouco fraco, o banheiro é pequeno com bastante infiltração, a pia do banheiro entope, demora a agua a descer. Na piscina liberam som individual as x incomoda pq hospedes ficam com caixinhas de som alto, mas no geral é um bom hotel.

Já havia visto em outros comentários a questão do banheiro, mas realmente fui surpreendida quando entrei nele, todo mofado, parede quebrada, todo dia tive dificuldade pra acertar a temperatura da água, pq a válvula estava solta e ficava oscilando, lixo sem tampa, a torneia encostando na cuba, foi bem decepcionante

Foi um boa estádia! Poderia ser bem melhor, entendo que é um hotel antigo que até tiveram algumas reformas. O rede de esgoto do banheiro tem um odor forte, incomoda um pouco. Como fiquei uma diária foi bem tranquilo para mim. Não tive problemas. Café da manhã é bom.
