PF05 High Standard House 05 Suites - Praia do Forte

High standard property, located in Praia do Forte, offers an excellent structure with all the comfort for your best season in the region. The house sleeps up to 15 people, and has 5 suites with 1 dependence, 2 on the ground floor, all with split type air conditioning, large living room overlooking the pool and dining table for 10 people, full American kitchen and integrated into the living room.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge water and energy;

***A deposit of R$ 1.500,00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

- Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;

- Suite 2 (ground floor): 2 Queen beds, Smart TV, split type air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain;

- Suite 3 (superior): 2 double beds, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;

- Suite 4 (superior): 1 King bed, Smart TV, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

- Suite 5 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain.

Note: Bathrooms in suites 2 and 4 have grab bars for accessibility.

In addition to everything my space offers, the condominium boasts excellent security and infrastructure, two swimming pools, a sports area, a beach tennis court, a green area (Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available from Friday to Sunday for access to the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

You can enjoy and relax everywhere you go, including the outdoor area, which boasts a wonderful pool, barbecue grill, and covered relaxation area—ideal for enjoying a beautiful sunny day!

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool at my space.

Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice for a variety of tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
