Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Hotel aquém do valor cobrado. Limpeza superficial, corredor e elevador sujos, café da manhã bem razoável e sem local para sentar. Por chegar 2 horas mais cedo, recepcionista disse ter quarto vago, pagando R$ 80,00, contudo, sai 4 antes do check out e ninguém me devolveu nenhum valor. Vista da janela (10 andar) linda mas o mar é poluído dessa região

O que deixa muito a desejar do local é a manutenção e limpeza, realmente o aspecto é muito ruim. Paredes sujas, toalhas e roupa de cama manchadas, situação bastante desagradável. A localização também achei um ponto fraco, fica longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Abaixo do hotel existe uma agencia de viagens e uma espécie de restaurante/mercearia, isso é bom por que atende bastante as necessidades. Sobre o café da manhã é OK, bem fraco, mas em acordo com o preço da diária.

Razoavel. O ar condicionado no quarto estava com vazamento, o elevador extremamente lento, pois o outro estava quebrado e o ajuste demorou. Pedi cobertor na recepção e me informaram grosseiramente que acabou e teriamos de dormir daquela forma mesmo. A estrutura de piscina está completamente diferente do apresentado nas imagens do hotel, em estado ruim.

Experiência péssima, o Hotel não atende as necessidades básicas de uma acomodação. Os quartos tem infiltrações, baratas e mal cheiro, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, as toalhas e roupas de cama são velhas, desgastadas e manchadas, além de não fazerem as devidas trocas e papel higiênico é de péssima qualidade. O banheiro do meu quarto em específico era com cortina de plástico e inundava todo. As instalações do Hotel estão desgastadas, antigas e mal cuidadas e sem manutenção. A recepção é um caos, sempre tem gente reclamando ou discutindo por alguma situação ou problema, mas o pessoal é despreparado para atendimento ao público e em resolver os problemas apresentados. Os elevadores não atendem a demanda do hotel, muito demorados e sempre tem um estragado, além de sujos O café da manhã é bem tumultuado, está sempre faltando algum tipo de talher, prato ou xícara e não conseguem fazer as reposições adequadamenteNão recomendo. Decepção total!!!
