A equipe do hotel é comprometida com o bem estar dos hóspedes e fazem o possível para a comodidade e bem estar. O café da manhã é excelente para o estilo buffet brasileiro. Por outro lado, as instalações do hotel precisam de urgente atenção. São paredes sujas, com mofo, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e em mau estado de conservação. Eu não me.hospedaria novamente, a não ser que fossem melhorados os pontos negativos.

It is near a sktechy location but the immediate area is ok. The room needed to be painted and the water takes 1t minutes tinget hot sometimes. Wifi drops frequently. Overall it wasn't bad for the lrice though.

A cama estava apresentado um barulho que parecia que estava quebrada, a televisão tinha uma péssima qualidade, mas nada que pudesse ser notadamente criticado, pois o foco não é esse. Além disso, durante um dos dias hospedados ao retornar ao quarto apresentava alguns insetos andando pelo quarto. Não obstante, é notório o morfo presente no teto do quarto e o mau cheiro que de maneira parcialmente surge vindo do banheiro, especialmente se deixar o ar condicionado desligado. No mais, pelo valor ofertado poderia ser melhor? Com toda certeza, mas cumprem com a oferta básica, mas que necessitam de melhorias.

Eu acredito que devido as festa de fim de ano é normal uma sobrecarga de pessoas na hora da chegada, porém acredito que uma preparação mais adequada, um treinamento mais ríspido e elegante com os funcionários seria muito útil! Uma equipe da recepção muito pequena, duas pessoas somente e muito pouca, para uma fila de 50 pessoas mais os outros hóspedes chegando.

O local é tranquilo, o quarto estava limpo, algumas coisas são antigas, como o ar-condicionado por exemplo, mas não foi uma experiência ruim não. É próximo da Boca do Rio onde teve o show da virada. Mas pra quem pretende ir pra Barra ou Rio Vermelho é um pouquinho longe. E tem o parque atrás do hotel muito bonito.

Quarto mal cuidado com chão minando água. Porta do banheiro estufada , impedindo seu fechamento. Quarto sem opção de ventilação natural, pois a janela encontra-se travada. Cheiro de esgoto no banheiro e se estendendo para o quarto , devido a vedação do ralo estar impedida pela ferrugem. Assento plástico do vaso rachado. Paredes com marcas. A parte elétrica do lado esquerdo do criado mudo danificada. Tomadas fora do padrão atual. Foi necessário retirar a TV da tomada para encaixar o cabo de força do notebook. Conseguimos a troca do quarto, após visita do técnico de manutenção, insistentes reclamações realizadas pessoalmente na recepção do hotel e por telefone. Não recebia retorno da equipe de governança, porém a rececionista Júlio atenciosamente nos ofereceu um segundo quarto, com porta do banheiro estufada também , porém foi possível fechá-la. Janela ainda com travamento e a película que deveria ser substituída por possivelmente ter ultrapassado seu tempo de validade, assim como do refeitório. Perdemos assim oportunidade de apreciar as lindas paisagens externas ao redor. Com tudo isto informo que perdi um certo tempo de trabalho com os percalços e necessidade de realocas nossos pertences para outro dormitório. Agradecemos a atenção da recepcionista Júlia. Obrigada pela atenção. Espero ter contribuído para este importante hotel em nossa região de Salvador.
