The apartment, located on the second floor, is reached by stairs for exclusive use. A terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, allows you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors, when returning from the sea.
The interior is simple and essential. In the entrance hall living room there is a sofa bed for two people. There are, in addition, 1 double bedroom, the eat-in kitchen and 1 bathroom complete with bidet and bathtub.
From the small but cozy kitchen there is an exit to the furnished terrace.

The apartment is just 100 meters from the popular beach of Torre Pali, in a very central area that allows you to reach the free beach and services on foot in a few minutes.
Torre Pali is located on the Ionian coast of Salento, in the territory of Salve, a charming town south of Gallipoli with a picturesque historic center and a strategic location that allows you to reach other renowned tourist centers such as Santa Maria di Leuca and the coast of Ugento in a few kilometers by car.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
