Also on this level is a bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, and another bedroom with two bunk beds, two twin beds, and flat screen TV. Both rooms share a large full bath with shower overlooking the pool. The first level boasts four bedrooms including two master bedrooms. The first master has a king bed, flat screen TV, and large private bath. The second master has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and large private bath with tub. Both bedrooms share access to a deck that faces the sound, overlooking the pool deck. Two more bedrooms located on this level feature queen size beds, flat screen TVs, and share a large bath with shower. The last master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with tub, is located on the top level – the heartbeat of the house. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
