Mixed review. Service, included breakfast, room amenities, size and location were all excellent. The hotel is walking distance to old town and many attractions. However, the hotel turns off air conditioning in the fall which results in a very warm room - the temperature never dropped below 25C during our brief stay. The rooms have openable windows but there is quite a bit of traffic/pedestrian noise when you open the window. So either you have noise or heat disrupting your sleep. I would inquire about the state of their air conditioning before staying again.

Wonderful buffet breakfast. Lots of variety and fresh. Room was very clean and modern. Plenty of shops and museums nearby, centrally located. Wonderful staff. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. You get your money’s worth and more. I will be back!

Wonderful hotel!

The Gentle Hide Designhotel was excellent and we would certainly stay here again. Fantastic location, modern well-appointed rooms, and wonderful staff. While parking is a few minutes away, the short walk to this hotel is well worth it.

I definitely recommend and will return to Gentle Health dehotel if I am in Salzburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was luxury and the breakfast was outstanding!

Unassuming exterior. Excellent and tasteful interior with incredibly friendly staff. One of the best breakfast spreads offered during our stay in Austria. The staff here are what truly made our stay so great. The property was very clean and the atmosphere was great. We got an amazing deal for what we paid. We received a complementary cocktail upon arrival. There was an afternoon desert hours, with espresso included. And the included breakfast was amazing. Very highly recommended.

Außergewöhnlich freundlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Lage ist ein Traum. Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und extrem praktisch eingerichtet. Das Fruehstuecksbüffet hat vom frischen Obst, Fisch, Schinken, Eierspeisen, Gemüse, etc. bis hin zu einem leckeren Kuchen alles. Die Kaffeemaschine sorgt für die passende Quantität beim Kaffee. Der kleine Hinterhof ist eine schöne Oase zum Verweilen.
