We ordered room service The wrong code was on the table and went to the wrong room I called up after an hour of not receiving it For it to be up in 20 minutes The food was cold and my partner got super sick We asked for a refund but got told no We can add a free breakfast and dinner for me it was okay but my partner who didn’t eat for 2 days after it was pointless for her

We stayed here for two days. The room was great as were the facilities. The one thing that made our stay outstanding was the customer service provided by Anna during our check in and during our stay. Location is good closer to Salzburg train station and bus terminal. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading a nicer room for me. The room is large, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful.
