Room smelled clean and disinfected, Staff was excellent. Enjoyed giving the restaurant waitress a hard time, all in good fun. FYI I recommend the octopus dish, portions are very generous. Restarant manager Annie, saw the avocados I purchased were never going to ripen on time and on her own initiative without saying anything to me bought me ripe avocados. What a nice gesture. Thats going over and above your reponsabilities. Thank you Annie.

I stayed with my 2 lady friends. We came to Samana to see the whales. The hotel was so immediately inviting on entering the lobby. Every detail from the lovely wall waterfall and greenery as you enter, the striking art displays and the pleasant and helpful young lady at the desk made our stay a lovely experience. The included full breakfast on the rooftop was fresh and delicious. The servers were pleasant, quick and attentive. We also had dinner in the ground floor restaurant. Again, the service was excellent and the food delicious. Prices are very reasonable. The receptionist was always pleasant and helpful. She was able to let us check in early. She also arranged a taxi for us to El Limón at a very reasonable price. The hotel location is just a few minutes walk to the Malecon and the waterfront. Restaurants, shops, a bank and a pharmacy are in just a short walk. I highly recommend and will return when visiting the area.

CASH ONLY! Be prepared for this. The staff was incredibly friendly. Check in and out was easy and fast. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Free off the street parking. This hotel is located fairly close to everything you need. We ate at the restaurant there for dinner, service was good and food was ok. Breakfast in the morning was made to order. Only a couple options but was nice before we got on with our trip. Only negative thing I can say is the water was cold when we first tried to shower. The front desk said it was being addressed. We waited a bit and then it was hot. So they did resolve the issue quickly. Overall it was a great overnight stay for us. Nice rooms, ac was perfect and the breakfast in the morning was an added bonus! Would recommend!
