This our third time in this resort and for me it's the best option for couples. The checking process needs some improvement with the organization and staff need more training. Our room have great view to the beach and gardens. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive to the service. Room AC works very well. The beach is very good, very relaxing atmosphere.

The room was entirely clean, the staff was amazing, friendly, entertaining and well mannered. Everyone worked as a unit to ensure the guests were always taken care of. The boat ride (catamaran) was beautiful. The archery was so much fun. Every single resuturabt was amazing and the buffet was just as amazing as the restaurants. The buffet staff were proactive, attentive and friendly. The spa was AMAZING. I will absolutely be back to this resort.

The room was very clean, the ocean was visible from our balcony, the staff was friendly and helpful, specially Adonis, he truly helped make our stay an excellent and enjoyable experience, by thinking ahead and providing an exceptional customer service! The beach was clean , the pool was great as well and the food was also delicious!! We had a great time.
