Donnant directement sur les pistes, l'appartement est idéalement situé mais le bruit des dameuses le soir vers 23h ou 3h du matin, ainsi que la musique du bar dessous dès 11h (heureusement jusqu'à 18h max) est source de nuisances.L'appartement a été rénové et est propre mais manque un peu de confort. Une famille de 4 s'y sent bien à l'étroit.
