This hotel is perfection. Leyla and the staff are so welcoming, gracious and accommodating. Anything we needed, Leyla was more than happy to comply. The view from our room was beautiful. The entire ambiance of the hotel was very zen. Highly recommend.

Casa Harb Hotel San Adres

The bed was not good, but the rest of the hotel was wonderful. The pool was small but refreshing. The food was very good, but not 5 star. This hotel is located a bit from down town. Its very nicely decorated, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The prices for food and laundry were very cheap compared to a normal hotel. However the nightly rent was very high. There are few nice hotels 4 Star or more on the island. If you want a quiet, off the beaten path hotel, this one is for you.

Féria em Família!

Foi fantástica nossa hospedagem em família na Casa Harb Boutique! A casa é lindíssima, cada cômodo é muito bem decorado com móveis requintados e ao mesmo tempo tem uma atmosfera de acolhimento como nossa casa. Tudo muito limpo, a limpeza é diária nos quartos com trocas de toalhas, água quente nos chuveiros e banheiras, tem frigobar e tvs nos quartos. O café da manhã é excelente com opções de café, leite e chocolate, feito tudo na hora com variedade também de pães, omeletes, panquecas e crepes doces e salgados, iogurtes com cereais, frutas frescas e sucos. O proprietário e amigo Jak Harb nos deu ricas dicas de lugares para visitarmos e comidas que deveríamos experimentar, além de conversarmos muito pois ele é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e passamos a ter grande estima por ele. As funcionárias da casa Yuli e Leila também foram maravilhosas e nos ajudaram com reservas de passeios, chamada de taxi, e dicas também de lugares e restaurantes. A casa também tem uma piscina linda rodeada de um jardim incrível, espreguiçadeiras com toalhas de banho e ombrelones, um luxo. Voltaremos numa próxima oportunidade com toda certeza e indicamos a Casa Harb Boutique!

Infelizmente ficamos pouco tempo. Um lugar de paz para esquecer o mundo lá fora, com uma decoração inspiradora e que respira vida. O quarto sensacional com uma banheira imensa!! A piscina é muito gostosa. A receptividade da Leila e das outras funcionárias deixa muitos hotéis 5 estrelas para trás. O ponto fraco é o café da manhã, que é pouco e não tão delicioso. Ah! Importante falar: a praia a frente do hotel é de pedras e não é banhavel, então não venha contando com ela. A praia mais perto necessita de transporte. Quanto a distância, é necessário transporte para ir a qualquer lugar (COP 30.000 em média), inclusive para as praias. Sugiro que alugue um Mule para economizar ou então venha preparado. Há poucas tomadas no quarto e as que tem não são muito convenientes

Não fosse a gentileza e atenção da equipe, em especial da Leila, a nossa estada teria sido um desastre. O Hotel é bom, próximo ao centro, mas tivemos alguns problemas: paguei pela acomodação mais cara do hotel, com vista para o oceano e cama king size e entretanto recebi um quarto com vista para o telhado da vizinhança e com cama de casal, porque o contratado estava ocupado. O ar condicionado do quarto que nos foi destinado não funcionava a contento e começou a jogar água para dentro do quarto chegando inclusive a queimar a tv. A internet não funcionava e durante toda estada, diariamente tive que usar a franquia do meu pacote de dados.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is beautiful. It is a little away from town so taxis are needed. But the hotel room, dining area, lobby are all fantastic. The only problem for us was the hotel did not have our reservation even though I paid for it a month ahead of time in hotels.com. I am not sure we got the upgraded room we paid for, and no one was able to find out about a refund for the balance. Other than that everything was quite good.
