Total bait and switch. Booked months in advance only to arrive and find the main infinity pool closed and wrapped in ‘PELIGRO’ tape. No notice was given. Beyond the construction, the service is non-existent. You have to beg for basic bottled water and minibar refills in an ‘all-inclusive’ resort. Staff is hostile and dismissive. Avoid this place until they learn the basics of hospitality.
