We liked the nice view. It is less than 2 stars hotel We did not the following: No Hot Water in the room, no shampoo, no hand towel, and no wash close. No Wifi You cannot call the hotel. They do not answer the phone

this is one of the poorest hotels I've seen. How they can even call themselves a hotel is beyond me. It should be a hostel. There were hardly any towels in the room. Staff was rude and unengaging. The food was horrible as well.

Vacaciones en San Andres Blue reef

La estancia en este hotel fue muy buena, el costo beneficio esta muy bien, la alimentación es muy rica variada. Limpieza de la habitación y del hotel es muy buena Calidad del servicio es excelente, incluye pension completa bebidas y snacks. Servicios del hotel: el bar excelente, Rigoberto el Bar-tender es muy amable. Puntos de mejora el baño debería ser remodelado y ponerlo mas moderno y Poner Wifi Gratis Ubicación del hotel, aunque queda al frente del mar, no tiene playa y la playa esta a 25minutos caminando, tiene buen trasporte publico y económico lo cual soluciona la ida al playa y el centro.El hotel al estar retirado es muy tranquilo, lo recomiendo para familias que vayan en plan de descanso.

No pudimos usar la playa.

La informacion que recibimos dice que el Hotel Blue Reef es cerca la playa, pero no pudimos usarla. La playa enfrente de hotel es peligrosa e imposible para los bañistas y otras actividades de la playa. Barcos, velas, y playas por actividades son en otros lugares de la isla. Solo vista al mar desde restaurante. No vista desde piscina. No vistas desde salas. Comidas demasiado saladas. Sobre cocido.

Todo bien excepto la cobija

En general muy bien. La ultima noche nos dimos cuenta que no había una cobija en la cama como en las noches anteriores. Al ir a solicitarla, el recepcionista dijo que no podía hacer nada para conseguir la manta. Eso es el colmo de pues cualquier huésped puede pedir una manta adicional y deben tenerlas disponibles en la noche. Hay que tener en cuenta que en San Andrés en la madrugada hace frió y en los días en que estuvimos el clima estuvo frió y lluvioso. Tuvimos que cobijarnos con las toallas. En nuestro concepto fue ineficiencia del recepcionista del 8 de junio de 2015, quien era la única persona que quedaba en las noches pendiente de los huéspedes.

vacaciones en el hotel blue reef

estuvimos seis (6)días de los cuales solo nos cambiaron dos veces las toallas, el hotel no es cinco estrellas, si buscas un hotel resort acá no es, pero sino te importa la ubicación (10 minutos en buseta o taxi de la playa y el centro) y no eres muy exigente con la habitación puedes hacer tu reserva; el menú no es muy bueno ni los snacks pero al menos es aseado, mucha variedad de verduras para la ensalada, en general la pasamos bueno. no te recomiendo que pagues el tour porque resulta muy caro ni a la cueva de morgan o al club de playa en esta playa unas algas ("agua mala") lastimaron a mi hija de ocho años y estuvo con brote en la piel.

La peor cadena de hoteles

Pésima experiencia, llegamos y habiamos 3 grupos que habiamos comprado en el vlue reef y no había habitación disponible, tuvimos que esperar y finalmente nos enviaron al blue cove que queda lejísimos de todo. Pagamos una habitación triple y nos dieron una cama matrimonial tuvimos que pelear literalmente para que nos dieran dos camas separadas como ls pagamos. Pasamos 24 horas sin toallas a pesar de que las pedimos, el aire acondicionado dejaba un charco impresionante dentro de la habitación, por lo que no lo pudimos usar en toda la estadía. La conida es pésima, todos los diassirven exactamente lo mismo al almuerzo y a la comida. De miparte, nunca volveré a hospedarme en la cadena on vacation.
