Desde que llegamos la atención fue excelente nos perdimos un poco porque decidimos llegar caminando desde el aeropuerto lo cual no recomiendo … pero Elvira estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo también nos dio mucha información de las actividades para que todo fuera más fácil para nosotros

The owner was really nice and was willing to pick us up and drop us to the airport no matter what the time was. She gave great recommendations for the best restaurants in town and was able to provide connections with buggy rental companies. They cleaned the rooms every day while we were out. Definitely, recommend staying here. Its right above a sueprmarket and in front of a gas station so its SUPER convenient.

O hotel é super limpo e organizado, tudo é bem novo. O quarto que ficamos tinha tudo o que precisávamos, banheiro, TV, frigobar e ar-condicionado, mas NÃO tem água quente e café da manhã. Tem uma cafeteria na rua do hotel, mas andando 15 min na direção da marina, você encontra a pan y cielo, que tem um café bem gostoso, na rua ao lado a essa cafeteria, andando mais pra frente, tem um supermercado bem barato. O check-in foi extremamente tranquilo. A Elvira é um amor de pessoa, esteve disponível a todo momento para nos ajudar além de dar várias dicas sobre o que fazer ao redor. Muito atenciosa! A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a localização, apesar de ter alguns restaurantes e mercadinhos na região, o hotel fica bem longe do centro (a pé), então caso você não tenha intenção de alugar moto ou mule, você terá que andar 30 min até a praia principal/centro ou pontos de encontro dos passeios (alguns não buscam no hotel, devido à distância) Recomendo que ligue para o hotel para avisar quando vai chegar, pois a Elvira pode estar disponível para te buscar no aeroporto. No mais, tivemos uma excelente estadia e recomendamos o local, principalmente se você quiser uma região mais tranquila.
