The room was dirty, full of cockroaches, the furniture broken, and curtains not installed properly. The towels were stained and the walls had holes. Front office staff person was very nice and polite.

Had to wait on the five sheriff's cars to finish their job and move so I could park. The room was nasty...hole in the see-through sheets, no mattress pads, pillow (3 for 2 beds) were filthy with stains, the shower curtain was halfway down and covered with pink slime-mold, the "pool" outside my room was a literal cesspool with a fallen in tarp full of trash and black water, no lights in the sleeping room 1/2 the lights in the sink and bathroom areas working, no outlets, no blankets (just the lightweight duvet), roaches, disgustingly dirty air conditioner, mold (or mildew) covered window panes, trash everywhere on the premises, a beeping smoke detector (fixed), no remote for the tv, chipped missing and dirty paint, and more. At least there were not bedbugs.

Blood on the pillow, TV was on in the room at 2AM when I checked in. Toilet wasn't clean. Room smelled horrible.......whatever there using to clean isn't cutting it. The noise level at 3-4AM was crazy........it was like the hotel never sleeps. I should of slept in my car!

This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever walked into. The smell was horrible and hit you as soon as you walked in the door. Upon further inspection of the room. The floor was disgusting. The bed was made but I pulled the comforter down to find hair on the sheets. The night stand had some kind of particles on it which I would soon find out yo be roach droppings. I looked down at the floor and saw multiple roaches. They were on the walls as well. I stepped into the bathroom to see someone had used the shower and hair was stuck on the shower wall. I returned to the front desk and requested a refund where I was told I would have to go through this app that I booked the room under to get the refund process started. It’s unfortunate the star rating doesn’t go in the negative cause that’s what this facility deserves. I’m concerned and confused as to how this place is even still in business.

Room was disgusting dirty floor, bathroom fridge was moldy and smelled horrible When I addressed the issue they said they’d clean up the rooms but Failed !! The guy that went into clean poured fabuloso in bathroom and mopped it up MADE NO EFFORT to clean it up.

I wish management would review the rooms before and after every stay. There was pee around the toilet and the bed covers and pillows were covered in dog hair. I hope that was dog hair. Not a single towel was available.

The first room we were in had roaches and requested to be moved to another room. Only had 1 towel in the room (it was a double bed) several light fixtures did not work. Room was dark even with the lights on. The bedding was a sheet and very thin comforter. Overall definitely not by best experience and will not be going back here.
