Beautiful property

Beautiful property in residential area with a wonderful pool and terrace (where we spent most of our holiday). We walked the 20mins to catch the metro into the centre of València a few times for sightseeing, which worked out well. As we hoped, a wonderful trip balancing activity and relaxing.

Fabulous!

We've had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. We loved the house, the garden qnd the swimming pool. It was very hot during our stay (up to 40 one day!) but there was always a cool place in the shade in the garden or the pool or under the terrace with the roof fans. We explored Valencia and nearby attractions in the mornings (most things seemed to be around 20-30 mins drive) and spent the afternoons at the house. Nearby Mercadona was excellent and gave us all we needed foodwise. Proprietor was local and very responsive and friendly on the couple of occasions we needed help. Recommend!

We had a lovely week in Valencia. It is a lovely house in a nice neighbourhood, but we really missed not having air conditioning in 40 degrees and found it very difficult to sleep. The pool was lovely. The bedrooms were ok but two not as shown in the photos. One is a lovley young childs room, which my tall 12 year old only just managed to squeeze into. The kitchen had everything we needed but quite random and some things needed cleaning before use. As with some other feedback we did hear a lot of dogs barking, but it wasnt constant. Not quite the stay we expected from the ratings but we still had a nice time.

Full disclosure, I booked the villa assuming that for 2k a week there was AC, so that is on me. However when I realised this I asked to verify and they confirmed there isn't AC. I was told that the villa is a 'eco' villa and therefore really cool inside. It is not. It was the same temperature inside as it was outside (high 30s), so please be aware of this. The heat in the bedrooms, even with fans on, is unreal and makes sleeping really hard. Its so hot in there. There are lots of mosquitoes around, but they didn't bother us.Also be aware there is absolutely nothing nearby to visit. You will need to drive to Valencia or the beach for anything to do and there are no restaurants, bars etc within walking distance of the villa.Other than this the villa is lovely, and the pool is great. Supermarket is a 2 minutes drive, and Valencia is only a 25 minute drive and is a wonderful city to see.

Gorgeous property in the outskirts of Valencia

We stayed at this property for a sunny week in July 2024. Communication before visit and arrival was good. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Clean and roomy. Good design to keep cool inside the house. Lovely big kitchen. Space to sit and eat as a family in kitchen, in living room and in the garden. Comfy beds. The windows all have insect guards in which were fab to keep the windows open and the bugs out. The garden is absolutely beautiful - full of palms, cycads and cactus. Sun loungers, outdoor sofas and a hammock to use. A few mosquitoes- my husband and kids were not bothered but if you are one of those people who seem to attract mosquitoes (like me) then use some repellent. Having a private pool was an absolute treat. It’s a decent size and depth and we used it every day. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars for everything is that it said in property description that there was a hot tub but there wasn’t one. Otherwise, everything as described and good quality / clean. We hired a car so we could pop in and out of Valencia - fab big indoor market and the Oceanagraphic / City of sciences and arts area is not to be missed. We also had a sunset boat ride on the Albufera freshwater lake, which was lovely. There’s a supermarket Mercadona not far away which is well stocked

Excelente casa

La casa es mejor que en las imágenes. Recomendaría ventiladores de techo, pero indicar que en las habitaciones hay ventiladores de pie. La piscina es fantástica, el jardín muy cuidado, hay muchos espacios para esparcimiento. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina dispone de todo lo necesario, 100% recomendable.

Vacances agréables

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa. Les photos ressemblent clairement à la réalité. La piscine est très grande pour passer du bon temps en famille notamment avec des enfants. Le petit bémol, la villa nécessiterait d'une rénovation notamment pour les 2 salles de bains ainsi que le mobilier extérieur qui n'est pas très confortable. La situation est top car elle est a 20min de toutes les activités valenciennes et alentours. Le propriétaire est sympatique et très disponible, il réponds rapidement à nos toutes questions ou problèmes. Nous recommandons cette villa pour passer d'agréables moments en famille.

A villa of delights

The property is spacious, beautifully presented and well equipped. For our family of three generations, from a six-year-old to two over 70s, it was an absolute delight with a swimming pool that kept us cool in high temperatures. New arrivals need to know that they will need a car.

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Garten

Die grosse und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa liegt 15 Min von Valencia in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Ein Auto ist aber zwingend nötig. Der Gerten und der Pool sind traumhaft.

BELLE VILLA

Belle villa pratique en plein pied bien agencée et décorée avec goût, dommage, il manque une climatisation au moins dans les chambres pour profiter d'un peu de calme et de fraîcheur, pour passer de bonnes nuits Je ne sais pas si nous sommes mal tombés mais le voisinage est très bruyant (chiens qui crient jour et nuit, travaux de quartier), on entend l'autoroute le matin très tôt il faudrait penser à entretenir les palmiers autour de la piscine pour que l'eau puisse chauffer. Sinon le terrain est très propre et complètement clos idéal avec enfants et les animaux.

Casa cómoda y agradable

La casa es amplia y está en una zona muy tranquila a 20' - 25' de Valencia. Es muy cómoda al estar en una sola planta y muy luminosa. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la terraza y de la piscina. Y hemos descansado. Solo he echado de menos algún bowl y alguna copas. Por lo demás, bien.
