Renovated to maintain its rustic charm, this guesthouse has its own bedroom, bath, living room, dinning room, and kitchen. It is within walking distance to the San Antonio river, historic San Jose Missions, grocery, and pharmacy. This space also comes with one parking space within the gated grounds.
Less than a 1.5 miles from the historic San Jose Missions, the San Antonio river, Biking/Walking trails as well as the vessel drop in point for kayaking down the river. Less than 5 miles to downtown San Antonio. A short drive to Southtown, the Pearl Brewery, and shopping.
