Dissatisfied

At first glance it was nice from the outside but once inside we saw concerns The blinds to the patio doors were all twisted and we could not close them so anyone could see inside the remote in the bedroom was missing a battery so it did not work the 3 bar stools were all woobling and one was detached at the base, that is a hazard There was a rack with hooks by the front door which fell down and almost hit one of us as we hung a light jacket on it The WiFi which was offered was not working There was no hot water on the downstairs shower bedroom There was a cleaning fee on the booking details yet in the instructions on the coffee table stated we had to take out all the trash ourselves which we did and we made sure to leave everything clean Futon did not seem clean and it was very uncomfortable We did have an additional person which I confirmed multiply times of n an email yet we were sent pics of our family walking to prove the count of people and that is not welcoming at all Only positive side, the bedrooms were satisfactory, good size and clean as well as the kitchen Will not book again
