No balcony from our room, we were on the 15th floor. Not as much of a "river view" due to the canopy of the trees but the corner room had a lot of windows. The room stunk like a gym. The 3rd floor bar had a good view of the river. The experience was definitely not worth the $700 price tag.

Professional, efficient and kind service from desk to dining. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was beautifully situated on the Riverwalk convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel restaurant had a very nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cenopy and highly recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries of good quality. There were 2 problems: 1. The handle on the sliding door fell off under normal use. It was extremely heavy, and missed my foot by a hair. 2. The thermostat did not respond when we tried to change the temperature.

Room was not cleaned and had to move rooms. Service was slow to respond but finally loved us. Traveled for BMT graduation and took away from experience. Hotel location was nice on Riverwalk.

My child spilled sauce on the floor, so I lifted the rug while I was wiping it up. I was shocked at how dirty it was. However, the visible part was clean.
