Great stay because of the staff!

The staff was amazing - front desk were incredibly helpful! I ate at the restaurant twice and the bar staff was warm and friendly. Convenience to UTSA Downtown cannot be beat!

Property was clean, staff was nice, and garage parking was easily accessible. Walkable distance to the farmers market which there is a restaurant there, Mi Tierra, that is open 24 hours and really good. Close to river walk. Would deff stay there again!

The staff was very friendly, polite, professional and always willing to help. My mother is wheel chair bond and she arrived with pain from traveling. The cleaning staff were very helpful in getting her Advil and Tylenol as well as disposable bed pads for her. I was offered help so that a staff member took the travel bags so that I could push my mother on her wheel chair. We were given an ADA complaint room and our stay was excellent. We will definitely come back to this property when we're back in San Antonio. Thank you to all the staff at Double Tree Downtown San Antonio.

Hotel is in Downtown and it's a bit sketchy around the area. Did not feel safe walking around the area. Also be ready to pay an additional $30.00 to park. Then have to take elevator to get to bottom floor to walk into the hotel.

My neighbor was using weed and blasting music. I had to call the front desk twice. The weed smell never left. Also, a train blasted its horn several times between 3 and 5 am. I usually LOVE this location, but this stay was horrible.
