Staff was great! Rene helped us out in the morning. I didn’t know I could leave my car there while on my flight. Free shuttle to and from airport. Very nice! Gonna stay there from now on.

I went with my husband and my 2 kids and it felt very secure. PROS: Secure parking. At check in they give you a passcode and you go up the garage that is connected to hotel and parking is not far from entrance door. Breakfast, dinner AND 3 alchoholic drinks per adult included!! Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. CONS The room was not as cool as we liked it was not hot but it was not cold enough for us. Thermometer read 75 the whole time. When we arrived it smelled like musty the hotel looks very old so it was clean didnt smell bad but not like fresh. Overall i would stay here again.

I've always stayed here whenever I'm in San Antonio. Never been disappointed. Clean, friendly staff, conveniently located near the airport, offering a good breakfast, happy hour/dinner, with plenty of parking.
