Receptionist informed us our room with king size bed had a construction view if we would like to change our room to two queen beds and an opposite view from the construction. We agreed to the switch & when I opened the curtains we still had a full on view of the construction going in addition to the construction noise. Sink would not drain water quickly & shower door wouldn’t close completely. Their breakfast options were delightful and overall a good stay.

BEWARE VALET, AVOID IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR

Our experience at Element was terrible. The third party company that they use for valet (PMC) is the worst valet we have ever dealt with. Not only was their service terrible and slow, they managed to extensively damage our vehicle. After speaking with April, the supervisor, she submitted a claim but this company is already trying to wipe their hands clean and not claim responsibility. I do not understand how Element trusts this third party company with all of their customers vehicles. This is basically the only option for parking because Element does not have its own parking. We made Element aware of the situation but they will not be offering any sort of compensation and will most likely push the blame on PMC, the company they CHOSE for valet. What a nightmare. Beware when staying here and trusting PMC with your vehicle. We only stayed here ONE night and they managed to damage our car. We will be pursuing a claim with PMC/Element and exercise all legal rights and options to have this reconciled.

Property is clean with nice facilities. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Management should add vegan option for a hot food item in the breakfast. Also, the bread, cheese etc at the front desk area should always be covered to avoid dust and flies.

A weekend trip get a way.

Great place to stay right in the middle of downtown. Less then a 9 minute walk towards downtown mall and 7 minute walk toward the square market. Would stay here again. Plus rooftop bar was a nice touch very friendly and drinks are amazing.
