Very clean. Ive been to a few places in the past year and ive had issues. I explained that to the manager and i explained what i was looking for and needed. He did excellent and my family was comfortable for 5 days woth no issues AT ALL! THE STAF IS AMAZING! 5 STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Pay attention next time

It was great except when we checked out the worker gave us our accidental deposit back in cash and then called us an 1 hour later asking if we checked out and told us we needed to come back to the hotel because she gave us someone else’s deposit back and that ours would go on her card I told her we were already an hour away heading home and she still insisted we come back I told her again we were an hour out from there she said we will just not put it on ur card then I said ok great and we hung up she then called back 30 mins later telling me that she was taking the deposit of the card so it would not be added back to us since we got it in cash I said again that’s fine thank you and she said I’m getting yelled out by my manager for this.. sorry girl not my mess up other then that it was an ok stay for the night

Stay was ok and great for cost . You have to ask for pots and pans utensils and so forth but it is available. Breakfast was a joke either an orange that was rotten or a muffin .

I didn't chose the property due to cost, it was chosen due to location, however, it was comparatively inexpensive and you get what you get when you don't spend the extra. Likes: Staff was friendly, convenient location, clean, bed was comfortable, spacious enough for 2 people, working TV, quiet during the night. There was a small gym and a community laundry available. Dislikes: Kitchen was bare (not as advertised - even on the billboards in the hotel - I had to go to the front desk to ask for a fork), cheap towels, cheap and minimal toiletries (strange, cheap odor to the soap), no hair dryer (as advertised), unusable drawers (breaking). Breakfast was not breakfast, it was a minimal choice of snack food (granola bars, packaged muffin, oranges), with the exception of oatmeal that you have to eat out of a tiny coffee cup.

My stay was for two nights . And I did not like our stay at all I forgot to pack my slippers and the carpet felt so sticky like they don’t shampoo them .i had to wear my socks. The cabinets in the kitchen were full of grease it was sticky I didn’t even put our snacks in there. The fridge was cool but when I was checking out I took my soda bottles and milk for my 1 year old both bottle and milk had a weird smell on them . The sheets where never changed I had to go to front desk and get the sheets myself .cause I could not sleep my body was itchy like when the sheets get dirty and are not changed out . My sons back hurt the next morning from the sofa mattress being beyond used . He could feel the metal stand on his back even after the sheets where on .

The room smelles horrible. The counter had old food crumbs on it. The refrigerator smelled like there was something rotten in it. The shower didn't work. The manager said they would fix it the following morning but if we didn't want to wait they would give us a refund but we had to check out ( it was almost midnight and I tried looking for another hotel but it was too late) So we agreed to wait until morning for it to get fixed. When we came back to the room it wasn't fixed and they said "oh there's nothing we can do, maintenance wasn't here today" again we were offered a refund but it was 10 at night and there were no other hotels that had a big enough room available to accommodate my family. We paid about $300 for 2 nights and the room and the whole hotel was not worth it. Oh and we asked for a different room and they said the other rooms they had available had the same shower issue. Don't waste your money and don't stay there especially if you have kids.

A HUNDRED DOLLARS!!

I thought everything was going great until she said it's a HUNDRED DOLLAR deposit. But besides that the room was spacious. The kitchen had a bar which was nice. It accomisated our family of 5 nicely.
