We requested when booking for a handicap lower level. Was told there was no rooms. The floors was nasty and greasy. Tub was really to high for elderly to het in or put of. Pillows was nothing glad we brought our own. Was not informed of the deposit that we had to male till we got there. Something unexpected. People throwing rocks an window and banging on doors till early morning. Terrible experience will not remend or go back.

The WiFi password was not written on the room card or given to me during check in, the floor was so dirty that it turned the bottom of my white socks black, I had to kill two flys in my room, there was homeless people all around the property. The worst part was that at 1AM there was two kids running around and screaming, I tried calling the front desk but there’s nobody there after 11PM, so I had to call the non-emergency line because there was no parents with them.

Bugs

The price was the only thing good about this stay other than a fast check in. Lots of Road noise, inconsiderate guests being loud at 4am. Hotel staff was quick and efficient. Got checked into the room with the world's thinnest towels and then had the liberty of getting to see a few roaches on the room wall. If it wasn't for the sheer necessity of needing a place to sleep for a few hours before work the next day, I absolutely would have checked out.
