The staff was great at check in. We stayed a second night and requested the room to be cleaned. It never was. The temperature on the shower was terrible! It was either burning or cold.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was included and delicious, waffles, hot eggs, bacon, etc. Coffee, tea and a variety of yogurts, muffins, bread. Clean room and bathroom, just what is needed for a stay. No refrigerator and TV remote takes a bit getting used to, but ok - who stays in their room most of the time anyway. Recommend and will stay there again. Thank you.

Upon check in approx 4pm. I was made aware of a parking lot charge. WhenbI asked WHY!, both desk clerts were annoyed and short with me. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. And no parking charge. This hotel does not have gated parking or lot security. So lot charge makes no sense....

We had to change rooms because there was no one there on maintenance to fix a clogged toilet, when we moved we found the drain in the tub did not work well in that room. We talked to the receptionist and she said we could move back in the morning once they had had a chance to clear the toilet. The next day when getting out of the shower I realized the floor tile did not have any grout and the floor was soft and flexed under foot. The room was large and spacious but only had one ac unite so it was hard to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

The rooms we had were the two double bed suite. Loved the extra space. Unfortunately, we were awakened ever morning too early with the very loud footsteps coming from the upstairs room. We didn't really interact with staff besides checking in. We arrived close to midnight but the lady at the desk was pleasant.
