Charged more than shown on my receipt.

The hotel charged me twice and they said that the first time, they charged less than what they should. However, they charged 15+% more than shown on the receipt of hotels.com. The front desk lady was rude, talked over me and hung up. I also cannot find any email contact of hotels.com that I can make a complaint of. I think I will just dispute through my credit card. Either the hotel or the website is dishonest. The front desk is rude and hung up because I told her the hotel charge me more twice and more than what is shown on hotel.com’s receipt. Deceptive business. Expedia should not do business with this hotel

Great hotel. Very clean inside and out. Friendly daytime and night time staff. Knew the area well and restaurants. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Close to airport and Lackland AFB.

The room was great it was clean and exactly what you’d expect, very comfortable. I have no complaints with that. The main thing that worries me is the food. They have complementary breakfast offered and so I wanted to eat the yogurt offered, and out of 4 separate containers of yogurt, 3 had mold in them, and when asked about it they could only offer me fruit instead. I didn’t want to make a scene so I stopped complaining, I don’t think they did anything about it and I hope they do, if I wasn’t looking I could’ve ate it and gotten seriously ill, I don’t blame the hotel, I just wish something could’ve been done to help fix this and me not wanting to ever eat yogurt again.

I love that there are no smells in the rooms. I have hyperosmia and paraosmia, so perfumes, colognes, cleaning scents, glade, candles all give me migraines so im glad that i finally found a hotel that scent free

Distracted service, needs improvement

We arrived at the hotel late and wanted to turn in for the night. We had reserved a room that could sleep 4 but only found enough towels for 3 and found that the sofa bed did not have blankets nir pillows. Had to walk back down to reception to get these items. The following morning everything was going well until i came across a person aleeping in the dining area tgat appeared to possibly be homeless. I ate and was distracted by staff that appeared to be having an altercation or disagreement. I went back yo my room but decided to walk back down for coffee as i walked by the laundry room with the door open, you could loudly hear personnel complaining about an issue possibly with another coworker. Overall, the staff seemed very concerned about their work issues rather than ensuring customers have are proactively taken care of and have the items they need for their stay. Upon our exit we encountered police in the lobby as they tried to remove the homeless person.

Check in was great! Offered and recieved two water bottles with check in. He asked how many keys were needed, and did not announce which room i was in!!! Only the floor. (You have no idea how many time they shout this information to the assembled crowd around me! Thankfully not here!)
