The hotel was beautiful. Right downtown. Close to everything. We had a Riverwalk view room. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes from fort Sam Houston. Really enjoyed our stay.

I took my 80 year old dad and mom for a quick trip before he starts his cancer treatment to see the lights. Their rooms toilet did not flush and he had to remove the lid to make it flush, the batteries of the remote had to be replaced. My room’s toilet seat fell off and we had to call someone to fix. The staff were so nice about it but it was not ideal for us.
