I didn't like that the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan. The room can get humid and stuffy after a hot shower or bath. Also, the waiting or restaurant staff left a lot of families just standing waiting to be seated for breakfast. They kept walking by, as if we didn't exist.

We were told twice that breakfast was complimentary and then was charged 55.00 for it due to staff failing to recognize the difference between room 215 and room 250. Manager told my husband he would fix but I’ve yet to see a credit to my account.

We just checked out of the Hilton this morning after a 4-night stay for Spring Break with my kids. The hotel is great - everything is as pictured online. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and got to know us by the end of our stay. The pool and courtyard area is fun (although some breezy times make for bugs and leaves in the pools). The pools are heated so that was a bonus for our morning swims. We went to Sea World Aquatica 2 days and used the shuttle service both times - highly recommend. It’s fast and saves you $36/day parking at Sea World. We went downtown San Antonio a couple of times as well - about a 20 minute drive and easy to get to. Everything was very quiet considering all the families and kids there during our stay. Pick a courtyard room if you can! Nice clean and safe area - would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

It was an amazing stay. Super clean. Everyone was super friendly. Love the resort feel of the place no need to leave the hotel if no need they have a restaurant a little store. Amazing place for kids they have activities for the kids throughout the day.

When I pulled up. I immediately noticed the American and state flag were in bad shape. I forgot to tell the front desk. I woke up in the morning and they were replaced with new ones. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!!!

I was disappointed at the lack of service in the restaurant, waited 20 mins to never get a cup of coffee, not enough servers for the families waiting to have their order taken, and not to mention how much weed we'd smell around the property the wind would blow and your smelling that garbage in what's supposed to be a nice family environment. Why is the staff not kicking folks out of the hotel!? There is no grass area for a pets, and while I was out in the evening walking my dog towards the back of the property where the pool/basketball court is and enclosed dog (dirt area), a car was parked in the corner in the dark, suspious activity happening.. Our family did not feel completely safe staying here.
