My first night at the stay, the hotel room I was provided was not at all cleaned before I checked in. I have proof that there was still hair in the shower tub from what I'm assuming was the previous guest Much of the room had objects that were damaged, for example the TV remote, light switches, bulbs that did not work, AC vent was partly open.

Property is definitely in need of some upgrades but overall it was a good hotel for the price. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Beds were comfy, pillows were soft. The cleaning staff failed in this particular room tho. There was a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain rod. There was a wrapper from the bar soap in the corner on the ground. The shower has a little mold in it. Let’s talk about breakfast…horrible. There was an empty warmer with water, no food tho. I ate at 6:45am, surely they didn’t run out that fast. The cereal was mislabeled. I turned the know where the Frosted Flakes were (labeled special k red berries) and Honey Nut Cheerios came out. I guess nobody cleans them out. The waffles were burnt and had a sour taste. Needless to say, we didn’t eat after all. It was very close to the airport and good dining options.
