I had a good stay at this Holiday Inn Express location in Windcrest. The hotel was clean, organized, and my room was in great condition. The bed was very comfortable, and I had no problems with noise or comfort during my stay. The views around the property were also a nice bonus. Room service and housekeeping were up to par, and I didn’t experience any issues at all with my room. The rate was slightly more than I initially planned to spend, but the quality of the stay made up for it. I also liked that they gave a small gift bag at check-in — a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. Overall, a solid experience.
