The room was old and in need of remodel. We didn't use the shower because it looked like the ceinling tile was going to fall in from a previous leak. Room service was good, restaurant was very good all of the staff were excellent but I feel the room is overpriced for as run down as it appeared.

Room was beautiful and staff was very courteous. Fast Eddie was a great guy- hotel is lucky to have him! Would have like “amenity fees” explained up front as bill was a surprise. Also, website should note that hotel is cash free- this was also not expected. Would definitely stay again!
