Thermostat in room has motion sensor that cuts AC off in the middle of the night so you wake up sweltering. Bed was uncomfortable and felt cheap. In room coffee was gross. Breakfast was $90 and mid at best. The hotel was pretty and the service was good. Excellent bourbon and tequila selection in the bar.

The support staff was lacking in attentiveness and helpfulness. The parking situation is misrepresented; self-parking is at a church next door, with towing for non-payment. Valet is the only other option. The morning coffee service was poorly managed. Advertised amenities should always be fully stocked without requiring multiple guest requests.
Slippers are a nice touch for concrete floors!

We had breakfast off the property, but room was well stocked and very nice. My only complaint was the room temperature. It was much warmer then we care to have it. We tried many times to adjust the thermostat, but it would reset in middle of the night to a higher temp. Was tough to sleep at night at what felt like a 75 degree temp

This is such a lovely hotel. Well, decorated and love the layout. Most of the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the hotel needs to address service issues. From the time that I arrived and unable to reach anyone at the front desk, despite multiple calls to waiting over 20 minutes for a waiter to come by and then another 30 minutes before food was served and during that time no one refreshing our water or offering refills on our beverages. When leaving the hotel, there were several bellhops. Only once did someone hold the door during my stay.
