The staff wadnt very welcoming when we checked in. If this was the only issue I would have overlooked given 5 stars since anyone could have a bad moment. The #1 reason i booked this hotel over the other 2 I had saved was because of the free wifi, more spacious room, and the jetted bathtub. The wifi was horrible and didn't work most of the time. The jetted tub shot out large black debris when turned on. The room was very spacios and in a decent location.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The bathroom sink was clogged, one elevator was out of service when we arrived, and the other one was extremely slow. We were a party of five guests, yet only three towels were provided in the room. That said, I want to highlight that the staff was very kind and professional. They promptly offered us a room change, and the second room looked cleaner and smelled fresher than the first one. This was our third time staying at this hotel, and sadly it will also be our last. It used to be a good option, but the quality has noticeably declined.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. I had texted that morning that I was arriving at (1500) 3pm when they asked for my arrival time via a text, but the room wasn't ready when I arrived. Didn't get in my room until almost 3:30pm. Wasting daylight for the Riverwalk and Super Bowl game. That's my only complaint.

Room was clean and very spacious. The front desk was very nice, the breakfast was good and hot. Location is perfect near enough for a short drive to Alamodome and riverwalk. HEB being close by was a plus. The elevator was the only thing, it's so slow.
