Room was on the 5th floor. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The pull out bed definitely needs to be replaced. Elevators are an issue. Other than that it’s a decent place to stay.

It was a nice property and the room was very spacious. The bath faucet did keep leaking, even when turned off and the space between the door and the floor to the hallway let in a lot of light during the night. The staff was nice and overall a nice stay.

Cons:- The bathroom needed updating. The lift was very slow. Breakfast at the weekend was crazy no tables..... should have extended opening hours till 10am. Pros: Proximity to the Riverwalk and being able to park for free. The pool area was nice. The hotel in general very clean. Would stay again if visiting San Antonio.

We were very happy with how clean this property was. The staff was very nice and the location was great. There is an HEB right across the street which was very nice as well. The pool and gym were very clean as well. The breakfast was so good! I would stay there with my family again.
