1 of 2 elevators were down thru out our stay. We were given a 2nd floor room with the view of the rooftop air conditioners so it was a bit noisy. I was expecting excellence based on the reviews but the chip in the bathtub and stains on the side of the mattress were certainly not expected.

The microwave qas dirty and a very old model with a turn dial that was completely broken. The TV had no streaming. The TV channel guide was a screenshot so it made it difficult to navigate and find something to watch. One of the pillows had hair on it.

Arrived to find the hotel was down to one working elevator. In the morning, the last remaining elevator broke. Had to walk upstairs after breakfast and downstairs with my luggage. Told staff and they didn’t seem to care. Last time I will ever stay here.
