Room was ok. Clean except the shower floor was stained. Breakfast started at 6. Got there 630. Eggs and sausage were still frozen in the serving tin. The toaster and microwave were broken. Front desk was rude from the start. Ask to speak to manager and he just said get away from counter. Always traveling and never expertise type of behavior. Towards me and another guest trying to check in. Front desk should be polite and professional. And also keep one set of standards for everyone. Not charge 25 deposit to those who check in before 2pm and 100 after 3pm.

Yes room was very dirty and neglected. There were roaches in the room. The smell in the rooms were very bad. I had to change rooms but the other one they put me in was about the same smell wise. Very disappointed. Staff was alright, not very welcoming and just very below basic. I will never stay there again and would be happy if there could be a partial or complete refund. Breakfast was not good, waffle mix was watered down. Very very disappointing.

Firstly, I didn’t get the room I booked. Secondly, the staff wasn’t very friendly. The room we got wasn’t the cleanest. It was also right off the elevator, so we were up all night because it was so noisy. Literally, ALL night. I wanted to end my trip early. What I can say positive is the bed and pillows were comfy. Wouldn’t really stay here again, but glad I know for future reference.
