Easy access to everything Riverwalk. Air conditioner did not cool like it should have. I complained about a green and blue light coming from the unit, causing light bouncing in room at night. I wss told "it couldnt be that bad". It was very annoying trying to fall asleep with that going on. Very disappointed with the front desk response.

The hotel is located in a convenient area where there is easy access to stores and restaurants and festivities. The hotel was also quiet. Breakfast was great. The pillows need to be replaced though overall completely satisfied

The exterior of the property was dirty and looked rundown. There was no safe place to park, even though we paid for parking. We woke up to bird feces all over my vehicle, damage to the passenger side front door and long scratches along the passenger and driver sides. You don't have enough parking for your guest, everyone has to squeeze into what little space you have. The room was filthy, there was pubic hair on the bed, the sheets were dirty, and it was infested with something. I woke up with bites all over my leg and behind. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but checked out early. It was a terrible experience.

Original booked at expedia 227.48. End up paying 396.84 Expedia did not disclosed total charges, and la quinta blamed expedia for not applying the Extra charge for parking not disclosed in resevation at expedia. Bad experience. I want refund from expedia for the extra 169 .38 dls.

Did not like how both the tub and sink in the restroom did not drain properly so they would fill up everytime they were turned on. The tub itself was nasty. The blow dryer didn't work. Also i thought was ridiculous to be charged a daily fee to self park. Needles to say our first experience there was a bust and will not return in the future.

The bartender at the bar was quick and friendly didn’t get his name, there was a guest there that was very rude he never showed it in his face a lick of unprofessionalism job well done by the way. The parking lot though I parked under some trees my car was covered with bird mess I was extremely pissed. Due to the events going on it did get super loud at night with the loud vehicles. The bathroom was not it could use a good remodel but the water was super hot which made me forget about it.
