The original apartment I was directed to once opened had a bed that had been slept in and not changed. There were no clean sheets found in the apartment. I contacted the agent who said they would have it cleaned. I left the apartment and about 30 minutes later, the agent contacted me to go to a different apartment on another floor. The carpeting in the hallway to this apartment was extremely soiled and dirty, with an unpleasant smell. The apartment inside was nice except that the floors were not cleaned well. In the dining area, there was debris from holes that had been drilled in the walls in several places. On the dining area windowsill and the floor below the window was many dead termite bodies both adult and larvae. I informed the agent about these issues, but did not get any reply acknowledging these issues. I left the parking pass and keys where instructed and washed the bedsheets and towels as requested.
