The gentleman at the front desk wasn’t the most welcoming. He also failed to let me know which elevator would be best for our room which seemed like an obvious idea once we got to our room. I’ve had much better assistance every time we came but I will say, the cleaning staff on our floor were kind enough to help and walk us all the way around to our room from where we entered.

Cute rooms, clean, and quiet, easy walking to the river and right next to the Alamo. Great location, local to shops and restaurants. Used valet parking. Did schedule 15 minutes before wanting to leave to pickup the car and it took 15-20 mins…left on a Saturday morning and it was busy at the valet parking.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. We wanted to experience the ambiance and it didnt disappoint; however, the area around the hotel was loud and trashy. It was a neat experience but i would've do it again.

My first time at this hotel, I absolutely love the style very detailed and very elegant, they don’t make hotel like this anymore, the new hotel are all the same seem like to stay in a square box but the Menger hotel full of history and beauty seem to travel back in the past where you can still feel the beauty of those time. I wish to live here everyday. I love it
