Our stay was great other than the vallet parking. We waited over an hour for our car to be ready and that was even before the 11 am checkout time. Finally went to ask for the second time and our keys were grabbed and said they would go get it when the app had already said it had been ready. Valley needs a better system.

Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Valet parking was fantastic. We were able to walk to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, restaurants and general necessities. The building has lots of history and art throughout. The pool was nice and there were plenty of chairs to lounge in the sun and in the shade. The gym was a little small but still had dumbbells and treadmills. Overall, we had a great stay and would come stay again.

Great stay in an historic hotel

This is a beautiful, historic hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic. The location is excellent. But you are making some concessions when you stay at a hotel like this; the bathroom was somewhat cramped and the shower controls hard to access because they were blocked by the vanity. Minor inconveniences in my opinion. I look forward to coming back for another stay.

This was a legendary stay. The most baller hotel. I don't even know what to say about our stay other than I'll be comparing every hotel to this in the future. Outstanding service, the atmosphere is something you have to see to believe. It's a piece of American History that I am so lucky to have spent a night in.
