Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! The room was perfect and the staff was spectacular!!! Also, the location is right in the middle of the riverwalk! You literally walk across the street and you are in the riverwalk!

Perfect couples get away

The hotel service was exceptional from the time we pulled up to valet. Everyone was prompt, kind, and helpful. We have stayed at many hotels on the Riverwalk. This is the first time we didn't hear street noise all night. The only disappointment was with the dine-in service. The breakfast was not good. Dinner at Ostra was amazing.

We spent a weekend with our son and his wife for a quick getaway. The property was clean and the staff was exceptional in their care of guests. The only downside was the were down to one elevator which made the wait a little long.

Best service I ever experience in a hotel

This hotel has the best service from top to bottom. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!
