This newly built 1500 sq ft duplex is designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious open floor plan downstairs features a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV, a modern kitchen, and a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a smart TV, and a private bathroom complete with all amenities.
