Great location on the River Walk. Nice pool and bar/coffee shop. The only thing I found unnecessary is when the manager told my daughter and I we couldn’t drink our Starbucks along with my husband who had ordered coffee at the coffee shop. Not everybody wants just plain coffee from the coffee shop and they should realize that in this day and age.

Although we were directly over a busy part of the Riverwalk, it was still very quiet. My family and I had a wonderful time. The staff goes above and beyond even in the midst of a busy weekend (concert, boat parade, and blues festival). The facilities and room were very clean and accommodating. I will definitely return for my next stay in San Antonio!

We booked to be right on the Riverwalk. Easy access and the room was very nice. We got upgraded and I loved it. I’ve never stayed in a room like that, it was super clean and the robes were very comfortable. Very pleasant stay for my boyfriend and I.

Hotel was nice and clean. Cannot give it 5 stars because I had to cut my trip short by a day and the hotel refused to credit the stay for the one day early check out. Had to pay the last day in full. Ridiculous.
