Rooms need a deep cleaning. Base boards, tile grout, corners were all dirty. Dirt and grime on the walls. The tub dripped and there was no hot water in the morning. Location is great but the place needs some attention.

The room a/c stopped working, it was blowing but never got cold. The shower kept getting clogged and would never drain. The bathroom fan did not work, and there was mold on the walls because of that. Another reason the room got so hot at night after everyone showering. Those were the only problems we had. Not big ones. The hotel is very close to everything, just a walk across the street to the river walk. Very safe can’t go up in elevator or stairs without a key.
