Pros and Cons

Pros- Good communication from renter, air conditioning worked great in main room/kitchen area, provided toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, coffee etc, easy keyless entry, kitchen/living room updated, meal seating for 12, washer/dryer with laundry supplies provided, pool appreciated on 100 temp days, comfy pool lounge chairs, easy location to Lackland AFB, plenty of space for 5 of us. Con- Very sketchy neighborhood, barking dogs in the night, house is old with dinged up walls, doors & baseboards in hallways (updates in kitchen/living room), water line in fridge wasn’t hooked up for drinking water or ice, mismatched old towels, limited hot water in master bedroom, tight fit for suv vehicle in garage with door closed, missing lightbulbs in lamp and floor lamp switch didn’t work. Headboard didn’t match grey padded ones in online pictures. Instead, bed frames were all black metal and one of them in the front bedroom was bent in the footboard. I think with attention to some of these minor details, it would make a valuable difference to the rental.

It was a short but fun trip. The house was great and so was the pool! The grandparents had a hard time sitting on the living room furniture because it sits low. The sofa in master was good! We enjoyed our stay!

Six flags/Hurricane Harbor/Alamo

The house met all expectations, We enjoyed the area, we didn’t have to go far to get anything we needed.The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We were less than 30 minutes from Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor and the Alamo so the house is centrally located for what we needed.

Family fun by the pool

The house was fit our families needs perfectly! We arrived a little earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate the short notice request for early check-in. Communication was great and timely ensuring we were aware of gardener coming out to not impact our stay. Easy access to house and everything we needed was there. Kids enjoyed the pool and having 2 bathrooms was great for our family of 9. Beds were all comfortable and laundry access was a great plus!

I love this place it was a great place to stay, we where there for my nephew wedding, the place was nice and clean loved the hottube, the pool was nice too we enjoyed ourself. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood lose to alot of shopping mall. Didn't really have to travel far to go shopping. I will get this place again on my next trip there..

Stayed here for my daughter's Air Force graduation with our family. Was close to base (10-15 minutes) and close to downtown (20-25 minutes). Nice house and very clean. Communicaiton was easy with the owner.

The property was perfect, everything was as it looked and one of my favorite things was if I needed something it was there, laundry soap, iron, garbage bags, salt pepper, dish soap. Good Property to be near Lackland AFB

We rented this property to be close to Lackland to see my sons BMT grad. The property is nice and clean and provides all the amenities we needed. Check in was smooth. We loved the open floor plan. Only suggestion I have is the seating to watch TV leaves much to be desired. Would have loved bigger couches to watch a movie as a family. The neighborhood isnt the best. When we wanted to use the jacquzi there is a dog in the neighbors yard behind the hime that barks a lot and during the day there was a rooster that crows. I will say the dog didnt bark when we were sleeping,,only when we wanted to use the backyard. Overall, the property was good and exactly what we needed it to be.
