The only negative we experience was the room seemed to have experienced a little settling over time as the bathroom and shower doors were hard to get completely closed, but I feel it was a settling issue and out of the staff’s control as the piece of tile in between them was broken. Again, out of the staff’s control. The room was spotless, everything smelled fresh, it was quiet even though the building was packed full (Halloween festivities happening all around for the weekend), and just about anything you’d want to eat from a typical breakfast buffet. Bonus points for the desk piece to break the room into two different sections. My son enjoyed sleeping on the couch in his own area away from the girls while my daughter and I shared the king size bed.

I wanted to like this hotel. When you first walk in the property it’s pretty clean but when you go in the room especially the bathroom it’s rusted out and there are bubbles in the wall from water behind it. It’s really gross. Then we found a bug crawling on our bed. They moved our rooms and one of the beds had hair all over it and food on the floor. The next time they moved our room we asked the front desk to come with us to check it on. On the surface it seemed ok but the floor next to the window was soaked with water and they must have know because the air conditioner was on 62 and freezing. All the bathrooms were horrible. The only plus was that the front desk people were really helpful and trying to be accommodating. However, we would never stay here again.

Hotel is located near many shopping and dining options. Seemed like a safe area. We were traveling with family for a funeral, so there were 6 of us in one room. Although there were beds for everyone, the room was SO SMALL and didn't have much room for luggage. Also-- the only mirror was in the bathroom (no full length mirror in room), which made getting 6 people ready for a funeral very difficult. The shower had a clear glass door, not a curtain, so when someone was showering, the bathroom sink/toilet were not available for other family members. The room was fine if you are traveling alone or with spouse. Not advisable if you are traveling with a large family.
