I recently stayed here for a concert at the Dome and overall, the experience had some fantastic highlights along with one major downside.
First, the staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process at the front desk was smooth, quick, and friendly. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but I love that the hotel offers that option.
The location is unbeatable. It’s literally just steps away from the Dome, which made getting to and from the concert incredibly convenient. That alone would be enough to bring me back. The room itself was great.
However, the big issue was the noise from the elevator. It was so loud that I could hear it clearly inside my room even though the elevator was across the hall. The sound was constant, and unless the air conditioning was running to mask it (which only helped a little), it was impossible to ignore. I brought it up to the front desk, and they explained it was due to the elevator rollers, but frankly, that’s not acceptable. It really disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay, and I even had to go out and buy earbuds just to sleep, which I found ridiculous for a hotel of this standard. I imagine this affects multiple floors, and it’s something that needs immediate attention.
