Get a Non-Smoking Room
When you order a room, make sure it is non-smoking. Who knew that smoking is still permitted. The entire hotel smells like an ashtray. I recommend to go look for a non-smoking on-premises hotel. Too bad, it was a good idea to stay there.

Rooms are outdated and feel like a lot of issues were just painted over to conceal them some decor was clearly broken. There were issues with the elevators and they were so loud we could hear them moving throughout the night. The walls were very thin I could hear the people next door chatting. The sheets where like paper, way to much starch. The pillows were so flat I fought with them all night trying to find some support. Staff was great though

Very disappointed. The Hotel was old and not maintained well. The lighting in the room was terrible and the service in the restaurant was poor and so was the food. The elevator sounded like it could stop at any time. The Westin was one of my favorite hotels. After this experience I will no longer stay at a Westin.

Balcony Room Not as Pictured..
Booked Riverside balcony room based on photos in room listing. The balcony in the pic was spacious with a table and two chairs. What I got was a 3x6 ledge with a single chair and a view of the roof across the river. Otherwise...the room was clean and the employees were all top notch. Just the room was not exactly what was pictured when booked.
