We usually stay at this hotel every time we visit San Antonio. This time the rooms were so heavily fragrance with scented cleaner that we couldn’t breathe in the room and it burned your throat and nose. We tried to switch to 3 different rooms but they were all the same. Very disappointed! We had to leave the hotel to find somewhere else to stay. Hotel rooms need to be ODOR-FREE. That includes all the cleaning chemicals too. I was disappointed also to find out they are now charging for parking. This hotel is in an area that this is completely unnecessary.

This is a good, clean hotel in a great area. Our room was kind of small and the furniture, beds, etc. aren’t high quality, but the bright colors, pool, free breakfast, etc. make it a fine place to stay. Nothing fancy, but a solid 3 star hotel.
