First room the door didn’t stay shut so they moved us immediately! Adam was awesome working reception and got us settled in new room and extra blankets as week as an amazing recommendation for Tex Mex for dinner! Gabby was very helpful the next morning. Hotel was clean and breakfast buffet had good options. Pancakes instead of waffles which was different too. Great lit parking and in a nice area. Would stay there again.

It was okay but nothing great

The bed was very comfy and the location was convenient. The staff were not super friendly but we only needed them for check in and check out. The only big complaint I had was about the AC not getting the room cool and that the shower water was lukewarm at max.

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly. We arrived around 9pm and there was only one staff member around. When I got into my room I found there was no TV remote so I tried to call down to reception, but the phone didn't work. I then called reception with my cell and there was no answer. I went down to reception and no one was there. I waited about 10 minutes and the staff member returned from doing other tasks. She immediately got me a remote and I was all set. It is a concern that the phones weren't working as if there was an emergency you had no way to contact anyone.
