Fabulous apartment on the seafront, with direct access to the beach. Fully refurbished All brand new: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, air conditioning in living room and bedroom. All brand new.
The area is a quiet tourist area with good restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shopping center, private clinic and anything necessary for a perfect stay.
Guests can reach the area where they are in the apartment by direct bus from the Airport. There is public transport 4 minutes from the Apartment to go anywhere on the Island of Gran Canaria. It is very well connected.
It is not necessary to rent a car, since you can arrive from the airport by bus, the bus stop closest to the apartment is 7 minutes walking. From there you have several bus lines to get to know the Island of Gran Canaria, as well as a taxi stop 1 minute walk.

Perfect.

Beautifully presented apartment in a fantastic location. Immaculately clean with everything you could need. Watch the sun rise over the sea from the balcony, then when you're ready, it's a 20 second walk to the beach. Main shopping area and bars 10 minute walk, but a local supermarket and 3 restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Well managed, by Susana and Jolien, and any assistance is only a call or message away, not that we really needed it. Highly recommended.

Appartment on the beach.

What more could you ask for. A clean well equipped and refurbished property virtually on the beach and the sound of the sea a pleasing companion. Susana was very helpful in many ways and met us on time with a welcome bottle of wine after a long day travelling. Her responses to our enquiries when booking were always positive and helpful. In particular Susana arranged a system where by we could have all our UK tv channels and many more besides. Receiving UK tv in Spain and Portugal has been a real problem over the last few years but is possible as Susana proved. It is not possible to cater for every taste and nationality. However for UK visitors an electric kettle (eventually supplied) and a tea pot are essential! !A safe would be useful and a jug of some sort to decant the 8 litre bottled water into would be useful. A folder with basic equipment instructions,where to catch a bus,shops etc would be helpful. The wifi connection is very good and fast. San Agustín is a pleasant area with a well used board walk which is illuminated at night. The beach outside the gate is black sand and well patrolled by life gaurds.Shops are within walking distance. The only negative comment is that this property is not suitable for visitors who cannot climb stairs as a stair case is the only access . In summery an excellent property well managed by Susana.

Nice condo on the beach

Very clean, nicely furnished apartment a stone throw from the beach. Susana was very helpful and even gave us a xmas present. The AC was a good feature as it also heats- and the wind was cold in the evenings. You get everything you need for a holiday; very comfy beds - just the shower could use a little shelf or something to put your stuff. The complex was really quiet, much appreciated After a busy year at work. All in all a perfect stay

Perfekte Lage

Eine kleine, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Smart-TV sind da. Die Lage ist super, man kann direkt in Badesachen raus und im Meer schwimmen. Am ruhigen Strand, direkt vor der Tür kann man sich 2 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm für 9 € pro Tag mieten. Der Strand fällt sehr flach ins Meer ab und es sind immer Wellen da. Das Meeresrauschen ist immer deutlich zu hören. Susana war bei Fragen sehr hilfreich und freundlich.:-) Die Wohnung wurde nach einer Woche perfekt gereinigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Da wir ein Auto hatten, haben wir bei Lidl eingekauft. Man kann, wenn man mag, zu Fuß am Meer entlang, an den Dünen bis nach Meloneras gehen. Die Wanderungen in den Bergen sind atemberaubend schön. Kleine Anmerkung, das Haus ist hellhörig, die Stühle am Esstisch, in allen Wohnungen, bräuchten Filz-Gleiter. ;-) Klimaanlagen sind im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Die Betten sind hochwertig. Es waren wunderschöne 13 Tage. Danke Susana!
